The AMP-16 pallet storage system is a solution that can significantly improve the pallet storage process in a production plant.

This device reduces the labor intensity of warehouse or production hall employees in stacking and/or retrieving pallets. Depending on the settings on the control panel, the device can issue or collect pallets and store them in stacks. The device stacks and destacks pallets automatically, eliminating the need for sudden movements that can damage pallets. Thanks to its exclusively electric drive, the device does not require additional power sources such as compressed air or 3-phase voltage.

Arguments for implementing our pallet warehouse:

• The warehouse accepts 16 Euro pallets in its basic version. If you need to store more pallets in a stack, simply order an extension for your existing pallet storage unit. The extension increases the number of pallets that can be stored by 7. You can use 2 extensions, which gives a total of 31 pallets in storage.
• Power supply: The warehouse is powered by a single-phase 230V 6A supply. Annual operating costs (medium price) are about 10 times lower from compressed air.
• Mobility: If necessary, such a storage unit can be easily moved to any location near a standard 230V electrical outlet.
• Safety: The pallet warehouse increases safety for employees and the immediate surroundings. Pallets are stored safely, and the risk of a stack of pallets tipping over or a pallet falling from a height is significantly minimized.
• Ergonomics: Exceptionally simple operation.
• Space saving: Storing pallets in one place in an organized manner saves space in the production and storage area by creating stacks larger than a person can stack.
• Eliminating the need for manual lifting: Pallets are picked up and delivered from floor level, eliminating the need for lifting.
