3D Scanning

We create precise replicas of parts for reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, or the production of replacement parts. Our company offers comprehensive services—from 3D scanning and CAD modeling to the finished product, all produced using our in-house machinery.

We perform the scanning process using an advanced Creality Sermoon P1 scanner. It is the ideal solution for the fast, non-contact digitization of complex industrial geometries, and it handles even difficult metal surfaces with ease.

What do you get out of it?

As part of our cooperation, we provide full support for your project – from the physical part, through the digital model, all the way to serial production:

  • 3D Scanning and solid model delivery: We scan elements of various dimensions. The results of our work are delivered in raw triangle mesh formats or as finished models. We support extensions including: .STL, .OBJ, .PLY, .STEP, .IGES, or .X_T (Parasolid).
  • Reverse Engineering with Quicksurface PRO: Using professional Quicksurface PRO software, we transform raw scanner data into perfect, fully parametric CAD models. The finished file (e.g., .STEP) is immediately ready for modifications, strength analysis, or machining on numerical control machines.
  • CNC Machining, Welding, and Production: We have extensive technological facilities that allow us to manufacture copies of damaged and scanned parts or launch production runs for entire batches of components.

Our machinery park includes:

  • CNC milling machines and lathes for precision machining.
  • A sheet metal laser and a CNC press brake for cutting and bending components.
  • Multi-process welding stations where we professionally weld: aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron.
  • 3D Printing on a 5-toolhead Prusa XL: For prototyping and manufacturing plastic elements, we utilize the advanced Original Prusa XL printer. We create complex, multi-material prints (e.g., a hard core with flexible seals) using soluble supports (BVOH, PVA, HIPS). We print with materials such as: ABS, ASA, Nylon (PA), PC, PA-CF, PETG-CF, TPU, TPE, PLA, and PETG.

Service turnaround time:

  • 3D Scanning (at the customer’s site or our headquarters): 1 – 3 hours.
  • Reverse engineering (to a CAD file): 24 – 48 business hours.
  • Production (CNC / Welding / 3D Printing): quoted and scheduled individually based on part complexity and batch size.
